South of Remains of Sahlahja in Wurm Form (preferably while SS/LB farming).

Fast faction farming is also good.

Absolutely! and it makes no difference what level your hero is as far as energy/health when they are in wurmform. That is, a lvl12 is the same as lvl20.

The best way to level heroes, is just accept quest rewards with the non level 20's in the party. Do quests with the maxed heroes, then swap heroes before getting the reward, and those heroes will get the 2000xp.

EDIT: Before anyone calls me a noob, by this I mean it doesnt take up time that could be spent otherwise doing other stuff, if one isnt looking to fff or ss/lb farm. Those are the faster methods.

My daughter joined me while I was lb farming in a wurm south of Remains of Sahlahja and we leveled 4 of her hero's to lvl20 (lvl14 was the lowest) in less than an hour.

If you have quests/missions to do, and can use the low level heroes for the missions, or make sure to swap heroes before getting quest rewards, that is the best way. Heroes gain the same XP you do from any quest/mission. So if you can't complete a quest with the hero you want to level, just use other heroes/hench, and swap the heroes before accepting the reward.

Since they do gain the XP from quests, doing HFFF runs will work, even if you aren't the one using heroes to run. Not sure how many people will take you and your heroes, but it is possible. Wurms though, are VERY easy to level heroes with. HM is not hard for Wurms and hero/hench. Take the fewest you can survive with, and gain more XP that way.

This is damn fast. Just have to get free runs with guildies otherwise ppl might charge you like 300 gold for taking up 2 or 3 other spots to level your heroes...or you just run it yourself :/

With HFFF u can basically run it with Any/A coz all u need is shadow form for the initial mobs. It might be harder, but it should work, and will be a tad slower most likely.
